Leading Successful Remote Teams: If leaders can make their teams sustainably successful, it is highly likely that the organisation will follow. This session helps leaders to understand their own team’s strengths and provides tailored action plans to improve the performance of the team they lead and others they may be involved in.
Building Successful Client Relationships: This workshop focuses on sustaining and enhancing the quality of external relationships in difficult, virtual times so that when your customers are ready to buy again, they will automatically seek you out first to fulfil their needs.
Successful Remote Conversations: In times of turbulence and crisis we need to have honest impactful conversations on a range of topics. This is much harder when we can’t have these conversations face to face. This workshop will set you up for success for conversations you may need to have with your people.
