Building Personal and Team Resilience
In today’s tough and demanding working environment, more is required from leaders and individuals within organisations. It takes strong resilience and resourcefulness to sustain great performance in challenging times and to bounce back from the regular setbacks that life inevitably throws at us.
Based on our in-depth research, we have developed our own model to help clients gain a better understanding of how resilient they are along multiple dimensions, and their ability as leaders, to promote a culture of long term sustainable performance within their teams.
To work alongside this model, we have developed an online diagnostic made up of over 80 questions that we use with our clients. The results are a personal resilience inventory which highlights strengths and areas of development that require attention.
