For over ten years, Ascend has been challenging, developing, and supporting leaders through our bespoke coaching and development programmes. We have distilled our leadership development programmes to create a powerful, modular mini-series of virtual development journeys based on research and neuroscience.

These journeys are a blend of facilitated discussion, peer learning, and insightful and impactful content. To maximise the value for participants, each journey has been carefully structured over a series of sessions. The modular format allows organisations to pick-and-mix which topics are best suited to your leadership context.  As always with Ascend, the focus is on practical application, ensuring that leaders go back to their work place thinking and / or acting differently.
